Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

Order Processing

All our jewellery pieces are made to order. The standard delivery time is 14–21 days from the date of order confirmation. If additional time is required due to design complexity or customization, we will inform you in advance.

Shipment Partner

All domestic orders are shipped securely via BVC Logistics, India’s most trusted and specialized jewellery logistics provider.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you via email or WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment’s status until delivery.

Recipient Verification

At the time of delivery, our logistics partner may require OTP verification and a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or PAN) to ensure safe and secure handover.

Insurance

Every shipment is fully insured during transit by Even Carat and BVC Logistics. The insurance coverage remains active until the jewellery is safely delivered and verified at your doorstep.

Tampered or Lost Shipments

If you suspect tampering, damage, or loss during shipment, please report it immediately to care@evencarat.com with your order ID and supporting photos or videos.
