Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please read the following carefully:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • A complete, unedited unboxing video (from seal opening to item inspection) is mandatory to claim a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved pieces.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Process

  1. Email us at care@evencarat.com with your order details and unboxing video.
  2. Our team will verify and approve the return within 48 hours.
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a secure pickup through our logistics partner.
  4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection and quality approval.

All returns are subject to inspection and verification by Even Carat before a refund is issued.
